Who we are

This site is run by Attestably LLC, 5940 S Rainbow Blvd Ste 400, Las Vegas, NV 89118 (“Attestably”, “we”). For any question about this notice or your information, email hello@attestably.com.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company and, if you add one, a note.

We also record how you reached us: any campaign tags in the page address (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), the domain of the site that referred you, the page you submitted from, and when you submitted.

We don’t store your IP address. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a short-lived hashed value derived from it, which expires after two hours. Our host, Cloudflare, counts page visits with its cookieless Web Analytics.

Cookies and ad measurement

We advertise on LinkedIn. To measure which ads lead to demo requests, this site loads LinkedIn’s Insight Tag, which sets cookies and sends LinkedIn details of your visit, such as the pages you view and, if you came from one of our ads, the ad’s click ID.

When you request a demo, we also send LinkedIn your email address and name in hashed (scrambled) form, your company name, your country, and that click ID, so LinkedIn can match the request to our ads. LinkedIn reports ad results to us as totals and doesn’t tell us who saw or clicked an ad. LinkedIn handles this information under its own privacy policy.

We don’t use LinkedIn’s tag or send it this information if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or if you’re visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your demo request and follow up with you about Attestably, to understand which campaigns bring people to the site, to measure our advertising, and to protect the form from spam and abuse. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share it with service providers that host this site and store its data, with the tools our team uses to receive new demo requests, and with LinkedIn to measure our ads as described above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo request details for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@attestably.com. To opt out of LinkedIn ad measurement on this site, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. You can also limit how LinkedIn uses data for ads in your LinkedIn settings. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we’ll respond to requests as that law requires.

Where it’s processed

Attestably is based in the United States. Your information is processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
